We’re “broke” & can’t help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,?????????

In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti , Chile , and Turkey .

Our retired seniors living on a ‘fixed income’
receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our
government and religious organizations pour
Hundreds of Millions of $$$$$’s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!

We have hundreds of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.

CANADA: a country where we have homeless without shelter, children going to bed hungry,
elderly going without ‘needed’ meds, and
mentally ill without treatment -etc,etc.
YET…
They have a ‘Benefit’ for the people of Haiti
on 12 TV stations, ships and planes lining up with food, water,tents clothes, bedding, doctors and medical supplies.

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave ‘US’ the same support they give to other countries.

Sad isn’t it?

CANADA FOR CANADIANS FIRST!

 

My great grandfather watched as his friends died in WW1, my father watched as his friends died in WW II, and I watched as my friends died in Afghanistan.  None of them died for a Foreign Flag.  Everyone died for the Canadian flag.  We removed Christian prayer from our schools as it might offend a minority of students, not of the Christian faith. It is politically incorrect for Public and Civil Servants to wear anything of a religious nature while serving the public, despite the fact that civil servants are allowed to wear turbans on the job as public or Civil servants. Why? – Because it is against their religion not to wear it.  In fact our Prime Minister forbade the use of any Christian reference when a memorial service was held on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean near Halifax. The memorial was in remembrance of the 229 people that lost their lives in the September 2, 1998 Swiss Air Flight 111 that crashed. Almost all of the crash victims were Christian. We have removed any reference to Christianity in our Courts of Law, despite the fact that our laws are based on Christian principles and values.  Bike laws in almost all Canadian Jurisdictions require bike riders to wear safety helmets. You guessed it. – people who are required to wear turbans are exempt because a helmet is not designed to be worn over a turban.  Some ten years ago a Commission was assembled in Ontario (lobbied for by Muslims) to investigate the practicality of allowing Canadians of the Muslim faith to practice Sharia law. The Commission head (a former Attorney General in the Bob Rae NDP Government) presented the Commission findings to the succeeding Provincial Government to allow limited use of Sharia Law for Canadians of the Muslim faith. The recommendation was rejected. – It should never have gone that far and in fact the issue should never have reached a discussion stage, let alone the formation of a commission. It is politically incorrect to wish our fellow Canadians Merry Christmas. And the list goes on and on. Enough is enough.   This e-mail message needs to be viewed by every Canadian; and every Canadian needs to stand up for Canada.  We’ve bent over to appease the new Canadian immigrants long enough.  I’m taking a stand.  I’m standing up because the tens of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the Canadian flag, can’t stand up.  If you agree, stand up with me.  If you disagree, please let me know.   And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.  A Map Of My Country: Let me make this perfectly clear!  THIS IS MY COUNTRY!   And, because I make This statement DOES NOT  Mean I’m against immigration!!!    YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN MY COUNTRY!  Welcome! To come legally:  1. Get  a sponsor!   2. Get a place to lay your head!   3. Get a job!  4. Live By OUR Rules!  5. Pay YOUR OWN WAY and your Taxes!  6. Learn the LANGUAGE like immigrants have in the past!!!         7. Don’t demand that we hand over our lifetime savings of Social Security Funds & pensions to you. When the Canadian dollar was low in value, foreign companies bought up most of the businesses in Canada at garage sale prices.
Foreign owners have closed down the canning factories in Exeter (north of London, ON) and in the Niagara area.  As a result the local farmers have no place to sell their produce or have it preserved.  In the soft fruit producing area of Niagara, farmers have ripped out their peach trees because other than road side stands who will buy their fruit?  The big companies have already decided and publicly announced that it is cheaper to buy canned peaches from Greece, so that is what you will see in stores.  The farm land is being sold to developers and turned into big house and condo developments.  The canning factory in Exeter was eventually taken over by a co-op of former employees and they will try to make a go of it but it sounds kind of shaky.  The politicians stood by and did nothing.

 

Garlic is no longer produced in Canada because it comes from China at a price cheaper than the cost of production in Canada.  That’s all you see in stores and there is no Canadian produced garlic to choose from even at a higher price.  Maybe the high taxes in Canada have something to do with it??  A small but determined radical group trying to unionize farm labour didn’t help matters either.

 

Sure all these trade agreements bring us low cost material goods, but if everyone is out of a job who is going to buy these products?

 

Good luck trying to find 100% Canadian products in stores.
The only way to find such a thing is to deal directly with the farmer and leave out the retailer.

I WAS BUYING FOOD THE OTHER DAY AT THE COUNTRY MARKET.  ON THE LABEL OF SOME PRODUCTS IT SAID ‘FROM CHINA ‘.

 

FOR EXAMPLE THE “OUR FAMILY” BRAND OF THE MANDARIN ORANGES SAYS RIGHT ON THE CAN FROM CHINA I WAS SHOCKED!!  SO FOR A FEW MORE CENTS I BOUGHT THE LIBERTY GOLD BRAND OR THE DOLE IS FROM CAL .

 

Another example was in canned mushrooms.  No-Name brand came From Indonesia .  Next to them were President Choice brand.  

Produce of Canada !!  The P.C.  Went into my grocery bag.

 

TAKES FOREVER JUST TO BUY FOOD AND DO LABEL READING !!

 

Are we Canadians and Americans as dumb as we appear

While the Chinese, knowingly and intentionally, export inferior and even toxic products and dangerous toys and goods to be sold in North American markets, the media wrings its hands and criticizes the Bush Administration (now Obama Administration) (and the Harper Government!)
for perceived errors.

 

Yet 70% of North Americans believe that the trading privileges afforded To the Chinese should be suspended.

 

Well, duh…  Why do you need the government to suspend trading privileges?

 

SIMPLY DO IT YOURSELF, CANADA/AMERICA!!

 

Simply look on the bottom of every product you buy, and if it says ‘Made in China ‘ or ‘PRC’ (and that now includes Hong Kong ) simply choose another product, or none at all. 

If its not North American  (US OR CANADIAN) DON”T BUY IT

You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do without.  Who needs plastic eggs to celebrate Easter?
If you must have eggs, use real ones and benefit some North American farmer.  Easter is just an example, the point is do not wait for the government to act.  Just go ahead and assume control on your own. 

 

THINK ABOUT THIS, If 200 million North Americans refuse to buy Just $20 each of Chinese goods, that’s a billion dollar trade imbalance resolved in our favour .  .  .  Fast!!

 

The downside?  Some Canadian/American businesses will feel a Temporary pinch from having foreign stockpiles of inventory.
Wahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

 

The solution?  Let’s give them fair warning and send our own message.
Most of the people who have been reading about this matter are planning on implementing this on June 4, and continue it until July
4.  That is only one month of trading losses, but it will hit the Chinese for 1/12th of the total, or 8%, of their North American exports.  Then they will at least have to ask themselves if the benefits of their arrogance and lawlessness were worth it…

MY Mission!

  The intention of this blog is to draw Canadians away from world problems so we can focus on our own problems. We have seniors, people who built this country, living well below the poverty line while so-called “New Canadians” are receiving unearned and undeserved government funds to buy homes, go to school, try to learn english(They should be required to speak english or french BEFORE they are allowed to immigrate)and steal our jobs by working for far less than the law requires.

  I want our government to slow down immigration; deport ALL illegals; deport “New Canadians” who commit serious crimes within ten years of being allowed the privilege of living in Canada; charge employers who hire illegals and pay next to nothing; give “New Canadians” what we now give our seniors and give our seniors what these foreigners get. As I do my taxes every year I get so angry at what I pay so other countries can benefit! ENOUGH! The waste at home is bad enough, but when our roads, bridges etc are falling apart, we send money to corrupt governments to line their pockets? Are we crazy? Did you see the presidential palace in Haiti? The people are poverty-stricken and this guy lives like a king on money from other countries. Money that was meant to help the people. Enough is enough! No more foreign aid to Haiti or other countries as long as there are Canadians who are homeless, jobless and destitute!
